Post - Installation Support

Our relationship doesn’t end once we have installed your system!

We will constantly monitor your system on our online portal once your inverter is connected to your WiFi.

We will pre-emptively notify you if there are any problems with your solar system for the first 5 years of operation. Additionally, all of our residential clients will have exclusive access to our troubleshooting team, which are ready to respond to any queries that you may have.

This is just another way Sunrays Power makes solar easy. Rest assured that our dedicated after sales support team will look after your system.

Grid Connection

We know once you have your Solar Panel System on the roof, you would like to gain the full benefits of your solar system as early as possible. Just like the pre-approval process, Sunrays Power will help you manage the grid connection application and paperwork.

This is the final, and one of the most critical steps before you are able to fully enjoy the benefits of your residential solar system.

Once your solar system is installed, the Sunrays Power Administration will submit all the grid connection paperwork to your electricity distributor as soon as possible to ensure your system gets connected to the grid as fast as possible.

Installation

Our highly experienced Solar Panel Installers will contact you prior to installation for solar installation date. We will install solar system as defined in our agreement, which are designed by our inhouse design experts.

Any minor changes, no matter how small will be discussed with you before the installation to assure you are fully aware of the installation layout.

We make sure we perform a neat installation. Our Solar Panel Installers always take their time, and do not rush to finish the installation earlier, this assures your system is installed carefully and compliant. At the end of the installation day, you will be the proud owner of a solar system that will last for years to come.
